Dear Sir/Madam,
　We are pleased to hear that you are in good health and prosperity.
　We would like to once again apologize to all parties involved for the considerable inconvenience caused by Nakagawa Planning & Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")'s filing for commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings.

　At 3:00 p.m. on October 20, 2025, the Osaka District Court issued a decision to commence corporate reorganization proceedings, and I was appointed as the trustee.
　We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our creditors, business partners, and other related parties for their understanding and support, which enabled us to receive a prompt decision to commence corporate reorganization proceedings following our petition for commencement on October 9, 2025 (Reiwa 7 (Mi) No. 3).

　Going forward, under the supervision of the Osaka District Court, we will cooperate with the investigation by attorney Tomohiro Kitano, who has been appointed as an investigative committee member, and we are determined to use this decision to commence corporate reorganization proceedings as the first step in rebuilding the company, in order to restore trust and rebuild our management structure.
　We are determined to work as a united company toward reconstruction, and we ask for your continued understanding and support for the reorganization proceedings.
