　We would like to reiterate our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to all concerned by the filing of the petition for commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings by Nakagawa Kikaku Kensetsu Co. ("the Company"), hereby once again apologizes for any inconvenience caused to all parties concerned by the filing of the petition for commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings by the Company.

　On October 20, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., our company received a decision from the Osaka District Court to commence corporate reorganization proceedings, and we were appointed as a trustee.
　We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our creditors, business partners, and other stakeholders for their understanding and support, which enabled us to promptly receive a decision to commence corporate reorganization proceedings following the filing of a petition for commencement of proceedings on October 9, 2025 (No. 3 (MI)).

　We are determined to start the corporate reorganization proceedings under the supervision of the Osaka District Court and with the cooperation of Attorney Tomohiro Kitano, who has been appointed as a member of the investigative committee, to restore confidence and rebuild the management system, taking this decision to commence corporate reorganization proceedings as the first step toward corporate restructuring.
