　Regarding the corporate rehabilitation proceedings of Nakagawa Kikaku Kensetsu Co., Ltd. (Osaka District Court Case No. 3 of Reiwa 7 (Mi)), the Osaka District Court's October 20, 2015 order commencing rehabilitation proceedings has set November 20, 2015 as the deadline for creditors to file claims and other rehabilitation claims.
　To all parties who have not yet filed claims as of today, we kindly request that you submit your Rehabilitation Claim Filing Form and Rehabilitation Security Interest Filing Form to the address below by the above deadline (must arrive by this date).
