Nakagawa Planning and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") filed a petition for commencement of corporate rehabilitation proceedings with the Osaka District Court on October 9, 2025. Pursuant to the preservation management order issued by the court on the same date, I have been appointed as the preservation manager.
Moving forward, under the supervision of the Osaka District Court, we will cooperate with the investigation conducted by Attorney Tomohiro Kitano, who was appointed as an investigation commissioner pursuant to the investigation order issued simultaneously with the preservation management order. We will commence procedures to seek a business sponsor (sponsor) and, together with our employees, will make every effort to achieve the Company's early business rehabilitation.
