Dear Sir or Madam,
　We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits.
　We extend our sincere gratitude to all our partner companies for your understanding and cooperation regarding this rehabilitation procedure, including the progress assessment.
　Regarding payments for progress etc. under the construction contracts concluded with our partner companies, we have been discussing payment terms etc. for each construction site. However, in consideration of facilitating payments for construction fees etc. at our company, we would like to make payments uniformly, 100% in cash as a general rule, from payments made on November 10th, 2025 (payments due on the 10th of the current month will be paid on the 10th of the following month, and payments due on the 20th of the current month will be paid on the 20th of the following month), with no retained funds.
　We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these reorganization proceedings, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these reorganization proceedings.
