Notice of Change in Operation of Designated Assessments

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of our partners for their continued understanding and cooperation in our business.

We have decided to discontinue the printed version of our designated appraisal report, which you have been using until now.
Instead, from January 7, 2026 onward, we will be offering an Excel version for downloading from our website.
(The download links for the designated assessment form are located at the top and bottom of our website.

After downloading the form, each subcontractor is requested to prepare, print, seal, and submit it to us along with your qualified invoice as in the past.

If you already have a printed version, you can continue to use it.
