Nakagawa Kikaku Kensetsu Kabushiki Kaisha (the "Company"), a reorganized company, submitted a reorganization plan to the Osaka District Court on March 23, 2026. (the "Company") submitted a proposed reorganization plan to the Osaka District Court on March 23, 2026, and as a result of a written vote held by May 26, 2026, a large number of creditors supported the proposed reorganization plan, and the Court has today approved the reorganization plan.
