　Dear Sir or Madam, We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
　Now, Nakagawa Planning & Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nakagawa Planning & Construction”), a company undergoing rehabilitation, will, based on the rehabilitation plan approved by the court on May 29, 2026, implement an absorption-type split effective July 1, 2026, with Mirai Build Co., Ltd.(formerly Kowa Nitto Construction Co., Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as “Mirai Build”), effective July 1, 2026. As a result, Nakagawa Planning & Construction’s construction business (excluding the renewable energy business), building management business, and cleaning management business (hereinafter referred to as the “Transferred Businesses”) have been transferred to Mirai Build.
　Consequently, the contractual status and all rights and obligations under all contracts (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject Contracts”) concluded between Nakagawa Planning & Construction and your company regarding the Successor Businesses (excluding rehabilitation claims andsecurity interests) will be transferred from Nakagawa Planning & Construction to Mirai Build as of the effective date.
　Therefore, if you have any claims under the Subject Contracts, require prior procedures regarding organizational restructuring, or have any other questions, we kindly ask that you contact us at the following address.
　Please note that we will continue to provide updates regarding Nakagawa Planning & Construction’s reorganization proceedings on our website.
