　We would like to inform you that the Reorganization Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has obtained permission from the Osaka District Court and has entered into an overdraft agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation with a maximum overdraft amount of 3 billion yen.
　Going forward, the Company will continue to operate its business stably while raising funds as necessary based on the above overdraft agreement.
