　Nakagawa Planning & Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") filed a petition for commencement of corporate rehabilitation proceedings with the Osaka District Court on October 9, 2025, as stated in the "Notice Regarding Petition for Commencement of Corporate Rehabilitation Proceedings (FAQ)" published on October 9, 2025. We hereby notify you that the Osaka District Court issued a decision to commence corporate rehabilitation proceedings at 3:00 PM on October 20, 2025, and simultaneously issued an investigation order.
　We sincerely apologize once again for the significant inconvenience caused to our creditors and all stakeholders who have supported and cooperated with us thus far.
　Going forward, under the supervision of the Osaka District Court, we will cooperate fully with the investigation conducted by Attorney Tomohiro Kitano, who has been appointed as an investigation committee member. All employees are committed to dedicating our utmost efforts to the company's reconstruction.
　We sincerely request your understanding and support for this rehabilitation process.

1. Order to Commence Corporate Rehabilitation Proceedings and Investigation Order
　 Regarding Corporate Rehabilitation Case No. 3 of Reiwa 7 (filed October 9, Reiwa 7), the Osaka District Court issued an order commencing corporate rehabilitation proceedings at 3:00 PM on October 20, Reiwa 7, and simultaneously issued an investigation order.
