　Our company received a court order for commencement of corporate rehabilitation proceedings from the Osaka District Court on October 20, 2025.
　Going forward, this office will determine the debts through the creditor investigation procedures of the rehabilitation company and conduct an asset valuation to determine the assets and liabilities of the rehabilitation company as of the date of the commencement order for the corporate rehabilitation proceedings.
　Regarding this matter, we are sending all creditors a "Claim Form" for filing claims against our company.
　To all creditors, in order to expedite the reorganization proceedings, we kindly request your prompt filing of claims upon receipt of the "Claim Form." We appreciate your cooperation.
　Please note that if claims are not filed by the claim filing deadline of November 20, 2025, or if corrections to incomplete filings are not completed in time, you may lose your right to claim.
