Notice Regarding Comprehensive Prohibition Orders Concerning Compulsory Execution

　Nakagawa Planning and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) filed a petition for commencement of corporate rehabilitation proceedings with the Osaka District Court on October 9, 2025. Pursuant to the preservation management order issued by the court on the same date, I have been appointed as the preservation manager.
　At the same time, we hereby notify you that the court has issued a comprehensive injunction prohibiting enforcement proceedings.
　Pursuant to the same order, any commencement of compulsory execution proceedings against our company is prohibited, and all compulsory execution proceedings already commenced must be suspended. We hereby inform you accordingly.
